Mr. Bruce Hamrick, Chairman of DuPont Community Credit Union’s (DCCU) Supervisory Committee, was recently presented the Golden Service Award from the National Association of Credit Union Supervisory and Auditing Committees (NACUSAC) at their annual conference. Each year, the award is given to a NACUSAC member who has been nominated by their credit union for outstanding service.
“Bruce exemplifies what it means to be a quality Supervisory Committee member, giving of his time and energy to go above and beyond to fulfill his responsibilities,” said Steve Elkins, DCCU’s President and CEO. “He is not afraid to ask questions, share his insight, and work together with our senior leadership and Board of Directors for the betterment of our credit union and our members.”
The NACUSAC Board selected Mr. Hamrick based on his integrity, commitment to building an effective supervisory committee, and ability to collaborate with credit union management and the Board of Directors.
Mr. Hamrick has served on DCCU’s Supervisory Committee for 15 years, providing committee leadership in the role of Chairman for the last five years.
