Mickey Garland has joined ABNB Federal Credit Union as the new Vice President of Service and Solutions. He brings 24 years of strategic planning, retail operations, marketing, business development, and consumer technology experience to the Credit Union. Garland has worked for credit unions in small, medium and large markets across the United States, of varying asset sizes. He has served as a strategic consultant for various technology companies in the educational arena, as well as an operational consultant within the Assisted Living industry.
“The level of energy and loyalty ABNB members have for their credit union is amazing. I am grateful to be a part of a team whose daily goal is to serve these wonderful people with the financial products and services they need,” said Garland.
Garland will direct the development, implementation, and maintenance of the credit union’s strategic marketing and retail service plans to grow member satisfaction and brand awareness across ABNB’s field of membership.
