Corporate Central adds more #iCreditUnion videos to its sharing library

To help credit unions prepare for International Credit Union (ICU) Day, Corporate Central Credit Union has created four short videos that credit unions can use as lead-ups to ICU Day celebrations. The videos are comprised of credit union members answering the question, “Why do you credit union?” and are extensions of Corporate Central’s #iCreditUnion annual meeting feature video already available to credit unions for employee appreciation, motivation and training purposes.

“Credit unions have changed millions of lives in thousands of communities around the entire world,” said Chris Felton, Corporate Central President and CEO. “They have provided financial services to people in all walks of life. They have helped build and improve communities. Credit union employees have supplied thousands of volunteer hours to fundraising, caretaking, and financial literacy initiatives. With this video series, we honor all of those efforts. We want to show all credit union staff members just how important they are. We want them to see all the good, all the hope, all the well-being they create.”

The new #iCreditUnion videos are free and can be played in lobbies, lunchrooms, and meeting rooms as credit unions gear up for ICU Day celebrations that honor employees’ commitments to the people and communities they serve. They can also be posted to individual credit union websites and shared on social media.

“We all wonder sometimes, if we really can make a difference in people’s lives,” Felton added. “These videos are proof that each and every day, credit union employees make a huge, huge difference in the happiness and financial wellness of so many.”

Credit unions can access the #iCreditUnion videos at corpcu.com.

The videos were created by Credit Union Story, a Milwaukee-based advertising agency specializing in credit union marketing.
