MAC workshop promises to arm marketers to win

Now is an extremely important time for credit unions to tell their story. The Marketing Association of Credit Unions (MAC) announced the line-up for mini MAC, their hands-on, workshop-style conference. Mini MAC will be hosted on Thursday, October 18 at the California and Nevada Credit Union League Office in Ontario, CA. The one-day event, beginning at 9:30 am PDT, will include case studies, active engagement, and idea sharing from branding experts. Attendees will leave with ideas they can immediately activate within their credit unions to drive stronger engagement and results.

Session topics include: “Building Bridges to More Business,” presented by Andy Tien, Marketing VP from PSFCU; “Living your Brand: Tangible Takeaways from Purpose-led Organizations,” presented by Jenny Vandehey, Director of Strategy and Insights at Monigle Associates; and “You Can’t Put Member Experience in a Silo!”, presented by Angie Betts, SVP Chief Experience Officer of Pen Air Federal Credit Union.

The annual mini MAC workshop is available to both MAC members and non-members, and is available via live streaming for anyone who can’t travel to Ontario, CA. The mini-conference’s focus is on provocative topics and strategies credit union marketers can take back and immediately implement.
