Brittany Jordan, Digital Marketing Specialist, and Mark Volz, Relationship Development Officer at Corporate Central have been selected to participate in the 2019 Wisconsin Ideation & Local Development (WILD) initiative.
Formerly known as the Wisconsin Innovation Group, WILD is a nine-month collaborative process to create, test, and implement financial products, services, and business model ideas to benefit members. Participants will move from insights to ideation, prototyping, testing, and an official unveiling of homegrown innovation at The League’s 2019 Annual Convention & Exposition.
The effort is a collaboration of The League and Corporate Central, which are coordinating and funding the program; Filene Research Institute, which engages participants in the ideation, development, and implementation; and credit unions, which dedicate themselves to a nine-month process of engagement.
"I am extremely excited to participate in WILD because I have my mind set on making a difference within my community,” said Jordan. “I am prepared to learn, create, and innovate with fellow credit union employees and truly be an advocate for the credit union movement.”
“I am honored to be selected and to have the opportunity to help create an innovative solution for credit unions,” said Volz. “I am most looking forward to working with my fellow credit union friends to provide a real solution to an issue we are having within our industry.”
“It was impressive to see all the creative ideas coming from so many diverse credit union professionals throughout last year’s initiative. I can’t wait to see what this year’s group of innovators has in store,” said Jesse Kohl, Senior Vice President Corporate Development at Corporate Central. “This is what credit union employees do day in and day out – collaborate to build financially-sound solutions for their members.”
