More in the core: Credit unions sign with Corelation to enhance member experience

After careful consideration, Seasons Federal Credit Union, Linn Area Credit Union, and Solidarity Community Federal Credit Union made the decision to switch their core processing vendor to Corelation, Inc. The credit unions cited a host of factors for the new partnership, but the underlying reason was KeyStone’s powerful capabilities to enhance member experience.

For Seasons FCU (18,998 members; $159 million; Middletown, CT), KeyStone’s modern functionality and unlimited third-party integrations were the perfect fit for their membership. Seasons was locked into a one-size-fits-all approach that only offered one or two solutions for third-party interfaces. They were delighted that they could utilize KeyStone’s open system to interface with the best third-party software vendors for their members’ unique needs.

According to Seasons’ President/CEO Keith Wiemert, “We will be able to offer our members the latest and best technology products and services. Corelation makes cutting-edge technology available at an affordable price—and we believe the new core will help us compete and thrive well into the future.”

Linn Area CU (25,259 members; $483 million; Cedar Rapids, IA) keyed in on the system’s efficient design. The credit union was thrilled that KeyStone eliminates the need to access multiple systems to harness their member data. In addition, they look forward to the core’s ability to give their members easier access to their data through digital channels.

Linn Area’s President/CEO Jenny Lorenz says, “We love the ‘More in the Core’ mantra. I truly believe if we are disciplined in our implementation and dedicated to that theme, we will see huge benefit across our entire organization.”

Solidarity Community FCU (26,438 members; $252 million; Kokomo, IN) found that KeyStone’s powerful built-in functionality provided the tools they needed to resolve inefficiencies and create a customized member experience.

According to Solidarity Community’s President/CEO Melissa Domingues, “One of the items we’re looking forward to is eliminating third-party systems, which will cut down on staff frustration, increase efficiencies, and ultimately improve service to our members.” Domingues and her team look forward to using KeyStone’s scripting and other programming tools to advance their goals.

“We believe that every credit union is the expert on the needs of its membership,” states Corelation President/CEO Theresa Benavidez. “KeyStone has unparalleled potential to unlock enhanced performance for Seasons Federal Credit Union, Linn Area Credit Union, and Solidarity Community Federal Credit Union. We look forward to providing them with leading-edge technology, efficiency, and in-house solutions so they can offer the highest client service.”
