Shell Federal Credit Union has made the Houston Chronicle’s list of Top Workplaces in Houston for eight consecutive years. This year, Shell FCU grasped top honors to be 2018’s number one top workplace among mid-sized organizations.
The Chronicle also singles out companies for exceptional performance in several categories. Shell FCU received the Management award. The support, encouragement, motivation and appreciation provided by Shell FCU’s management is recognized by the credit union staff.
Shell FCU received the number 16 spot on the Houston Business Journal’s list of Best Places to Work. Only 102 honorees were ranked, based on employee surveys. Another testament to the culture, atmosphere, and benefits that Shell FCU employees appreciate.
