HUD Federal Credit Union is proud to announce recent changes to its Executive Committee, including the appointment of a new Chairman of the Board, as well as three new executive members.
Terry E. Rouch has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors at HUD Federal Credit Union. Mr. Rouch has been a part of HUDFCU Board of Directors since 2014, serving previously as Treasurer and Chairman of the Supervisory Committee. Mr. Rouch has an extensive background as a banking regulator and mortgage banker, having previously served as a senior official at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development with Opus Bank and Executive Chairman of IndyMac Federal Bank in California.
Additionally, Otis Collins, Jason Thompson and Kim Adams were elected as new Executive Committee members. Mr. Collins was elected as Vice Chairman, Mr. Thompson as Treasurer and Ms. Adams as Board Secretary. All have volunteered on the board for many years and are eager to give back to HUDFCU and the members it serves.
“Mr. Rouch has played a key role in moving the credit union forward and understands changing operating environments of a financial institution. We look forward to leveraging his experiences to complement our accelerated growth initiatives and leadership through an important juncture for the credit union.” said William “Bill” Kennedy, CEO and President of HUD FCU.
I’m also excited about the promotions of Otis, Jason and Kim who are all experienced executive veterans. I look forward to their continued insight and experiences as we continue to move the credit union forward.”
