Compass Community Credit Union is pleased to announce that Shannon Maciel has been promoted to Vice President of Member Experience. She previously held the position of the Henderson Center Branch Manager. Shannon brings over 25 years banking experience and will be responsible for the retail and back office operations, as well as nurturing the service culture.
To fill the Branch Manager position, Compass Community Credit Union welcomes Rene Campbell. Rene also brings over 25 years of banking experience, both in retail operations and lending. Her background has helped create a smooth, seamless transition. She will be responsible for day to day operations, lending needs, staff management and the cultivation of local relationships, along with business development.
The Henderson branch recently opened on June 10th and is serving members in Eureka and the surrounding areas. This marks the second branch opening for Compass Community Credit Union this year, with the opening of the Arcata branch, located at 1033 G Street, on May 10th.
