Webinar on web analytics for credit unions planned for Aug. 22

45-minute event will cover ins-and-outs of tracing digital behaviors to improve user experience

Assessing the digital behaviors of members has the potential to help more credit unions measure and tailor their user experience strategy. To explore the how-to of such assessment, operations management and analytics company EXL Service is hosting a 45-minute webinar event for credit union leaders.

“With a plethora of transformational forces reshaping the banking industry, credit unions are challenged to continually enhance the member experience,” said Zeeshan Hassan, senior manager for EXL Service. “While digital channels are becoming an effective way to deliver compelling products and exceptional service, credit unions often struggle to measure the effectiveness of their digital experience programs.”

Whether mobile, web or omni-channel, digital is quickly becoming a preferred engagement mechanism for banking consumers. That preference has inspired more financial institutions, including credit unions, to allow the digital user experience (UX) to inform their product and service delivery models. A critical piece of that strategy, however, is measurement. EXL’s webinar will explore the web and mobile analytics tools available to credit unions challenged to correctly measure the impact of their web and mobile experiences, and accordingly, tailor their UX strategy to the findings.

EXL presenters will focus on four areas in particular:

  • Importance of web and mobile event data
  • Available mobile and web analytics tools
  • Optimization of onsite and offsite user experiences
  • Methods for mining insights from digital event data for strategic recommendation

Credit union professionals engaged in functions such as digital marketing, business development, web development and member engagement are encouraged to attend. The 45-minute event will take place on August 22, 2019, at 12:30 p.m. eastern time. Online registration is open now at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/9NYDR95, and a recording will be made available to registered individuals who are unable to attend the webinar live.
