Cultivating Talent is designed to jumpstart an individual’s development with a focus on communication, critical thinking, and leadership presence. The training focuses on experiential learning, allowing the participants to step into real-life situations, work through challenges, and reflect on their learnings. This three-day course will take place at c. myers’ corporate office in Phoenix, AZ from December 11-13, 2019.
In addition, c. myers has released dates for the C-Suite Immersion course. This two-phase course is designed to help those who want to deepen their abilities to think, act, and respond strategically, all while demonstrating their desired leadership attributes. The first phase of this course runs from February 4-7, 2020.
