BIG Consulting announces new client: Deere Employees’ Credit Union

Best Innovation Group’s (BIG) Consulting division is pleased to announce the signing of Deere Employees Credit Union (DECU). The credit union has retained BIG Consulting to provide one year of data analytics executive project management services.

DECU’s Chief Information Officer, Pete Sedgwick, is looking forward to having access to the industry’s leading provider of data analytic strategies and roadmap consulting services, as DECU launches an aggressive implementation of its data warehouse, data governance/model, and analytic culture.

BIG will provide executive project management services including coordinating bi-weekly meetings, ensuring organizational alignment with the data analytics strategy, roadmap, and implementation schedule. BIG will help coordinate multiple departments, align several vendors, identify project roadblocks, and ensure that the cultural transition stays on course. BIG uses its vast knowledge of analytic platforms, in order to avoid common mistakes and to ensure quick wins.

BIG Consulting Managing Partner, Kirk Kordeleski, shares that data analytic strategies and roadmaps are extremely complex because of the number of departments, vendors, and key processes that are affected by a transition from disparate data repositories to a comprehensive reporting data warehouse, dashboards, and predictive tools.
