MSU Federal Credit Union (MSUFCU) is pleased to offer its new Video Chat service, allowing members to perform a multitude of transactions face-to-face with Credit Union employees from almost anywhere through their computers or smartphones.
“With Video Chat, members can interact with the Credit Union from the convenience of their homes or offices, or even when they are on the go,” said Deidre Davis, MSUFCU Chief Marketing Officer. “Video Chat expands our exceptional service beyond the geographic footprint of our branches, allowing us to serve members who do not live near a branch in a more personalized, face-to-face manner.”
Various transactions can be completed using Video Chat, including opening new accounts, updating personal information, and ordering checks. Members can also transfer funds, initiate wire transfers, and conduct loan transactions.
MSUFCU Video Chat employees can also help members order, cancel, block, or unblock debit and credit cards, and members can report possible fraud, and receive assistance with bill payments.
Video Chat is available via desktop or smartphone. With a webcam, speaker, and microphone, members will be equipped to connect. Learn more at msufcu.org/videochat.
