Elevations Credit Union announces the promotion of Elizabeth Million to Senior Vice President Mortgage Sales. In addition, three Mortgage Loan Officers have joined Elevations: Carmen Hanagriff and Bill Rempelos in Denver, and Casey Kiser in Loveland.
Million leads the mortgage sales team at Elevations with the core principle to serve and support credit union members. Under her leadership, the team is recognized as the No. 1 credit union mortgage lender in Colorado, the No 1. mortgage lender in Boulder County, and a top three mortgage lender in Broomfield and Larimer counties. Mortgage team employees thrive with the assurance that everyone, from operations to sales, is valued for their contributions. In fact, 45% of her team’s Mortgage Loan Officers were recognized nationally as 2019 Top Originators by Scotsman Guide.
“In 2012, Elizabeth stepped into a leadership role on the mortgage sales team, and since then, she has recruited, trained and supported the stellar team in place, growing it from eight to nearly 80 employees,” stated Ray Lindley, Chief Operating Officer at Elevations. “Liz is a tremendous leader who is passionate about the future of mortgage lending at Elevations. We’re honored to have her on our team in this expanded role.”
Hanagriff is a Denver native and proud to serve the community that she grew up in. Drawing on 12 years of experience in the banking industry, Hanagriff has a wealth of knowledge that helps her guide members through the home loan process. Her thorough approach includes taking time to cover the details of each transaction with her members, so they are confident and understand every step of the process. Hanagriff will be based at the Elevations Denver Mortgage Office, which opened in June at 7900 E. Union Ave., Suite 250.
Rempelos will also serve members from the new Denver Mortgage Office. Originally from Oregon, Rempelos moved to Colorado in 2012 to attend University of Colorado Colorado Springs. Having worked in many roles in the credit union industry, his wide knowledge of financial services helps him responsibly guide all of his members. Rempelos joined Elevations so he can provide the best mortgage option to each member he works with, tailored to the member’s unique situation.
To the north, Kiser will be based out of the Loveland Branch at 970 E Eisenhower Blvd. Originally from Chicago, Kiser moved to Loveland in 2009. She has worked in the banking industry since 2011 and has six years of mortgage experience as a processor and loan officer. Kiser takes a collaborative approach to serving her members, whether she’s helping them purchase their first home, buy their next home or brainstorm ways to use their home equity to reach their goals.
