Nymeo Federal Credit Union is excited to welcome Ed Connelly as its new Chief Financial Officer. Connelly brings a wealth of knowledge and 35 years of experience to Nymeo. In his past, Connelly worked for community banks serving as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Risk Officer before entering the Credit Union arena.
“Ed will play a pivotal role in Nymeo’s growth as our Chief Financial Officer,” said Vicki Johnston, Nymeo’s President and CEO. “With his extensive experience in community banking and credit unions, as our Chief Financial Officer, Ed will continue Nymeo’s growth and positive impact on members, communities and individuals across Frederick and Montgomery Counties.”
Connelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Baltimore. He is also a CPA and a graduate of the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
