The GlobalGrand ITM is the first location of its kind for Global as a walk-in, single ITM vestibule with secure card entry. The GlobalGrand ITM is the tenth ITM to be added to Global’s fleet. ITMs use the latest video chat capabilities allowing members to conduct financial transactions with a live Member Service Representative, just as they would in person:

Apply for a loan
Withdraw or deposit cash
Make check deposits
Check balances
Transfer funds
Pay loans

The live support feature is available during Global Credit Union’s ITM business hours of Monday – Saturday: 8am to 6pm. The ITM works as a traditional ATM for 24/7 access.
