Jenny Michaels joins REV Federal Credit Union as Chief Administrative Officer. The CAO position is new to the Executive Management structure, and is instrumental in leading how employees, members and business partners experience REV.
As CAO, Jenny will lead Human Resources, Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, Vendor Management, Legal, Field of Membership Expansion, and act as the liaison between REV and the NCUA/Auditors. She will also continue serving on the South Carolina Board of Financial Institutions.
Prior to joining REV, Jenny served as Chief Administrative Officer at Safe Federal Credit Union, a $1.4Bn Financial Institution headquartered in Sumter, South Carolina where she was responsible for developing and implementing the business and strategic plans of the credit union while creating an exceptional culture for employees.
