Security Service Employees and members raise more than $28,000 for children’s hospitals

Donations benefit Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals in Texas, Colorado, and Utah

Security Service Federal Credit Union will distribute more than $28,000 to children’s hospitals in Texas, Colorado, and Utah.  A giving campaign throughout the month of March allowed employees, members, and the community to donate at any branch location.  Funds raised will go directly to Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) hospitals in the communities the credit union serves.

“I am always humbled to see the generosity of our members and employees,” said Brandy Ralston-Lint, senior vice president of corporate communications for Security Service Federal Credit Union. “These donations will allow our local children’s hospitals to take care of some of the most vulnerable in our communities.”

For the third consecutive year, Security Service partnered with CMN hospitals in areas where it has operations to host the campaign. The following children's hospitals will receive the funds collected from this year’s campaign:

The Children’s Hospital of San Antonio, San Antonio, Texas

El Paso Children’s Foundation Hospital, El Paso, Texas

Driscoll Children’s Hospital, Corpus Christi, Texas

Children’s Hospital Colorado, Aurora, Colorado

Primary Children’s Hospital, Salt Lake City, Utah

The Children’s Miracle Network mission is to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible. Each year, CMN hospitals provide patient visits for more than 10 million children and treat one in every 10 children in North America.
