Royal Credit Union announces new Director of Member Service

Royal Credit Union (Royal) announces Kari Campbell-VanVleet as the Director of Member Service. In this position, Campbell-VanVleet is responsible for the Member Service Center operational strategies, technology enhancements and ensuring our Members receive the highest quality interaction possible.

Campbell-VanVleet has over 12 years of experience in leading customer service centers and operations. She came to Royal in May of 2020 as Member Service Supervisor II, and by December 2020 was promoted to Member Service Manager. Campbell-VanVleet is Six Sigma Green Belt certified, and has participated in process improvement projects to expand Member and team member experiences. As Director of Member Service, Campbell-VanVleet looks forward to helping her team grow in their skills and abilities to enhance Member and community interactions.

Campbell-VanVleet is originally from the La Crosse area, and has been in the Eau Claire community for the past 26 years with husband, Jake, and their daughter, Brooke.
