FORUM Credit Union supports an employee nominated charity each year. In 2022, the Charity of Choice is Dayspring Center in Indianapolis. Dayspring Center assists homeless families with children in central Indiana through shelter, food, clothing, and resources. They also empower their residents to become independent, self-supportive families again.
FORUM is proud of all the current progress to date. As of mid-May, FORUM employees have volunteered more than 200 hours for Dayspring. In addition to volunteer time, employees participated in donation drives providing six carloads of pillows, sheets, and comforters, as well as seasonal decorations for each of the 14 family room doors for the hallways at Dayspring Center.
In conjunction with donation drives, FORUM employees also raised money through a Designer Handbag Bingo raffle, a pancake breakfast, and through purchased bonus paid time off. From these events, FORUM has raised $20,000 for Dayspring to date.
With half the year to go, FORUM employees are excited to continue partnering with Dayspring Center, and they are
seeking more opportunities to support this charity.
