On Tuesday, June 14th, Heritage Federal Credit Union will celebrate the Grand Opening of its Owensboro branch located at 1819 Frederica Street in Owensboro, KY, directly across from Owensboro High School. There will be a LIVE Radio Remote from 7:00 am - 9:00 am with radio personality Mike Chaney during the Mel Ford in the Morning radio show on WVJS 92.9 FM. The branch will open at 7:00 am and breakfast sandwiches and coffee will be available at 7:30 am. There will be giveaways during the Live Remote and refreshments will also be available from 12:00 noon – 1:00 pm with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 12:15 pm.

Heritage Federal Credit Union received permission in 2021 from the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) to expand their Field of Membership from five counties to twenty-seven counties located throughout Indiana, Kentucky, and Illinois. Heritage will now be able to provide their exceptional member service along with consumer and business products and services to the Owensboro and surrounding communities through this new branch location. This is the second location for the credit union in Kentucky, with the Henderson branch located in Henderson County, KY. The Owensboro location features two drive-thru lanes and a drive thru ATM (fee-free for Heritage members). Investment services through Heritage Investments will be available.
Owensboro Branch Manager Ben Wolter, Senior Regional Commercial Banker Brad Osborne, and Mortgage Loan Officer Katie Daniels will lead the Owensboro team.
