Noelle Rude has been named Vice President of Data and Insights at Connexus Credit Union. As a new member of the Business Technology leadership team, she will be responsible for building and leading the organization’s data management, data science, business intelligence, and system utilization strategy while overseeing data technology transformation initiatives.

A self-described “data storyteller,” Rude brings over 20 years of leadership experience in the financial services and management consulting industries to Connexus. In her most recent role as Enterprise Information Governance Leader at Thrivent, Rude advised business partners on how to strategically drive better outcomes with data. She has spent much of her career developing strategic data governance and data management capabilities and has worked in a number of industries, including mortgage securitization, banking, investments, and insurance.
