Vibe Credit Union is pleased to announce the selection of Chaz Rzewnicki as the credit union’s new President/Chief Executive Officer. Rzewnicki will replace Allan McMorris as he retires after 32 years of leadership.
Vibe’s Chairman of the Board, Mike Ivanics, states “After an extensive search, we believe we have found the right person to lead Vibe into the next phase of our growth and service to our community. His passion for providing sound financial services for our membership as well as an excellent work environment for staff makes him the right choice.”
Chaz has served as President/Chief Executive Officer since 2016 at Dover Federal Credit union, one of Delaware’s best credit unions, a multi-SEG, member driven organization. With nearly 25 years of credit union experience, starting in the industry as a 16-year old co-op student, and serving as President/CEO at Dover FCU, he was recruited to turn around the credit union’s operations, infrastructure, and culture. He spearheaded organizational strategic direction, growth, expansion, and technological transformation to drive strategic implementations, including Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Excellence initiatives. He was instrumental in implementing strategic growth and service delivery plans and creating a thriving member-centric corporate culture for the credit union. He worked to increase efficiency and productivity across all operations and significantly grew their membership, delivering growth, profitability, and cultural transformations. Chaz holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Administration, Organizational Leadership. Chaz has extensive experience in lending, financial management, member experience, and business development.
