Hopewell Federal Credit Union (HFCU) recently held its annual Car Show in Newark, Ohio on Saturday, August 6, 2022. Today, proceeds from the event totaling $3500.00 were presented by Chris Simmons, President and CEO of Hopewell Federal Credit Union to Lori Carlson, Executive Director of the Licking County Humane Society (LCHS).
The event was sponsored by Courtesy Ambulance, Ohio Credit Union League, Webb Financial Group, LLC, Liberty Mutual, Frost Insurance, Blackhawk Renovations, Alphalink, Allied Solutions, Member Driven Technologies, CRIF Select Corp, Massey’s Pizza, Alexandria Dental and LenderClose. James Matheny, son of the late Jim Matheny of Kar Shoz, coordinated the event. Unfortunately, the show was met with rain and attendance was down from years past. Despite the challenging conditions, fundraising efforts continued to allow a generous donation.
