United Federal Credit Union (United) is growing its mortgage operation in the greater Las Vegas area. It has added four new mortgage advisors to its current mortgage team in Henderson.
The mortgage team will help members find the best option to finance their homes as well as assist with virtual account access through United’s online and mobile banking services.
Finch has spent his entire career helping people in the Las Vegas area find their dream home. He has more than 13 years of mortgage and lending experience. He will use his expertise to guide members through the home buying process and assist them with their real estate financing needs to generate investment quality mortgage loans.
Berty has more than 20 years of mortgage and sales experience. He is familiar with the opportunities and challenges of the local housing market. He will use his extensive local industry knowledge to help people find the right mortgage option for their new home, and give step-by-step guidance throughout the entire process.
Iskander brings five years of lending and mortgage experience to his new role. He will use his expertise to guide members through the home buying process. He graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a degree in Business Administration Accounting. With his analytical background in commercial real estate, Iskander is ready to assist credit union members with their real estate financing needs to generate investment quality mortgage loans.
Ferrari has more than 13 years of mortgage, marketing and business experience. She will use her expertise to guide members through the home buying process and assist them with their real estate financing needs to generate investment quality mortgage loans. Ferrari has a master’s of business administration from Syracuse University.
United plans to open a Mortgage Loan Office in Henderson in September and one in Summerlin by the end of 2022.
United has been in the Nevada market since 2009. It currently has branches in northwest Nevada in Reno, Sparks, and Carson City, as well as a loan production office in Fernley.
