Premier Members Credit Union will be offering help to our members who have been impacted by Hurricane Ian.
Members will get assistance with the consumer loan payment deferment program by contacting our Member Solutions team or calling or visiting a local branch. They can defer one loan payment at a time and can get refunds for any late loan fees or credit report adjustments.
Also, in our branches, affected members can ask for refunded NSF fees or ask for penalties for certificate withdrawals to be waived.
