On Wednesday, December 21, 2022, First Capital Federal Credit Union delivered items to the Lehman Center for the Children’s Aid Society. All items, from food and drinks to toys and crafts, were collected and donated by employees during the month of December.
The Lehman Center offers emergency respite care for children newborn through six years of age in a 24-hour crisis nursery, child-centered creative art therapy, family advocate services, and parent educational and support groups.
“The donations will be used to support children through art therapy or to help in the crisis nursery,” said Lisa Day, Executive Assistant. “It’s always amazing to see how our staff comes together to give back to others.”
