During almost 30 years of service in the credit union system, Erin has had the great fortune to work both inside and beside credit unions throughout North America and beyond. In her career, Erin has had the
opportunity to hone her skills as relationship manager, facilitator, speaker, and instructor, all with an eye toward moving words and ideas to action. Erin’s career passion is helping credit unions identify strategic opportunities to grow using a mission-focused lens. She is a proud member of both the Global Women’s Leadership Network and the African-American Credit Union Coalition (AACUC). Today she serves on Board for the Southern Regional Chapter of AACUC and as a mentor with the the 1-to-1 Woman Mentoring Program.
Erin was born in New England and grew up in Knoxville, TN. She earned a bachelor’s degree in international studies from Eckerd College, during which time she fostered her love of international travel while studying abroad. Today, when she is not facilitating sessions on the road or virtually, Erin loves spending time in her home base of Saint Petersburg, FL, with her spouse Enrique, two stepchildren, their dog Dulce, and her friends who she also considers family.
