EVP/Chief Engagement Officer
CUNA

As CUNA’s EVP/Chief Engagement Officer, Greg leads the organization’s Engagement Unit, an internal shared services team which also directs interactions with the credit union community. The team analyzes market trends, formulates communications strategy, drives advocacy messaging, markets, sells, and delivers the digital presence of the organization. Engagement personnel also serve as primary points of contact for the thousands of credit union professionals who rely on CUNA day-in and day-out.

Michlig joined CUNA as Deputy Chief Engagement Officer in November of 2015. He has a strong background in association and related financial services industries. Prior to joining CUNA, Michlig served as president/CEO of the New Jersey Credit Union League and was the senior director of member relations at the Credit Union Executives Society (CUES).

Michlig graduated from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. He and his wife, Stacy, have three children.
