Mike Plumer is the Vice President of Sales for AltiGen Communications. Mike has been with AltiGen since 1996, and has worked with thousands of companies migrating to Voice over IP. In 2007, AltiGen released applications designed specifically for credit unions that include core processor integration, screen pops, bank by phone IVR and full contact center capabilities. Today those solutions are utilized by more than 1,400 U.S. financial institutions. Most recently AltiGen released a fully managed, hosted Skype for Business communications service for credit unions migrating to Microsoft Office 365. Credit Unions are now able to fully leverage the unified communications capabilities of Microsoft Skype for Business while also benefitting from the Credit Union specific applications created by AltiGen. ...
