In this extremely candid write up, Bryan shares how his credit union, along with his bank, failed him in being proactive to provide services he and his family need -- losing huge business opportunities and a lot of faith. Bryan adds that both institutions didn't contact him to see if they could help with financing purchases, opening certain accounts for savings, or anything else for that matter. A big let down.
