121 Financial Credit Union captures second consecutive ServiStar Award

Jacksonville, FL (March 5, 2015)  121 Financial Credit Union has won the ServiStar Credit Union award once again for July – December 2014, making it one of only three credit unions in the nation that have won the award back-to-back. 121 Financial also won the award in the January – June 2014 time period.

ServiStar is a biannual award given to credit unions by the Michael Neal & Associates organization that conducts member shoppers scores based on criteria involving, sales, service, leadership, management and employee performance. To win the award, credit unions must score 4.57 or higher out of a total of 5 points.

The other back-to-back winners for 2014 were GECU of El Paso, Texas, and AERO Federal Credit Union in Glendale, Arizona.

“It is always satisfying to know that you are delivering on your service to members,” said William Braddock, CEO of 121 Financial. “But it’s an on-going obligation where you cannot sit on your laurels and hope that good things continue. By winning the ServiStar back-to-back, I think it shows our employees really take their commitment to members seriously.”

121 Financial Credit Union offers full banking and loan services to any individual and small business located throughout Northeast Florida. Established in 1935, 121 Financial Credit Union has over 40,000 members.
