2013 Eaton Family Credit Union Scholarship Winners

EUCLID, OH (May 22, 2013) Eaton Family Credit Union is very proud to announce that Kyle Kruse and Andrew Zoss have both been awarded $1,000 college scholarships.

“Kyle and Andrew have very strong academic records, but equally impressive is their desire to help inside and outside their respective communities,” said Mike Losneck, President.

Kyle Kruse attended Notre Dame Cathedral Latin (NDCL) in Chardon, Ohio and has been listed on the Wall of Distinction for academics. Kyle played baseball at NDCL for four-years, worked as a Little League umpire in Highland Heights and as a baseball camp counselor. He will attend Fordham University in New York City this fall and would eventually like to work on Wall Street. Kyle has volunteered at bible camp, during Relay For Life and in the Refugee Response Tutoring Program sponsored by NDCL.

Andrew Zoss attended Solon High School in Solon, Ohio. A letterman in cross-country, Andrew received many academic awards including honor roll, National Honor Society, Rising Star and Comet of the Semester. For the past 12-years, Andrew and his family have served meals to do the needy at St. Augustine’s Church in Tremont. He will be a summer camp counselor for the third year in a row. Andrew will attend the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University and will concentrate on marketing.
