DALLAS, TX (April 9, 2018) — Advancial Federal Credit Union has been named 9th on the list of Best Companies to Work for in Texas in the Medium Employer Category (100-499 U.S. employees).

The Best Companies to Work for in Texas program is comprised of two parts: the Employer Benefits & Policies Questionnaire and the Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Survey. The Employer Benefits and Policies Questionnaire captures important information regarding company policies, practices and demographics. The Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Survey asks employees to respond to more than 70 statements on a five point agreement scale. This portion also includes two open-ended questions and seven demographic questions.
