Lone Callahan, VP of Member Experience at Alltru Credit Union, will be recognized by Connections to Success in the 11th annual Tribute to Success Luncheon hosted on May 18th, 2022. This luncheon honors extraordinary individuals from the greater St. Louis region for their lifetime achievements.

Since joining Alltru in 2016, Lone has been a strong advocate and leader at Alltru Credit Union. Focusing on financial literacy for members in our community to ensuring staff has the knowledge and expertise to have a positive impact assisting members by offering accessible financial tools to everyone. Lone works daily to provide better banking options for all.
As a Credit Union leader, Lone is passionate about helping others. She has volunteered at non-profits such as KidSmart, College Kids, Junior Achievement, Beyond Housing, Connections to Success, Diaper Bank, Several Book Fairs, and Mercy Children’s Hospital. While others work their way towards being different, Lone strives towards making a difference. Her passion, fun-loving spirit, and energy are unparalleled, and many respect her spirit of volunteerism immensely. Alltru is incredibly grateful to have Lone Callahan as a member of the Leadership team.

Lone Callahan has built a career in banking, focused on servant leadership and authenticity. She has held every level of position with institutions both big and small, bringing with her a lifetime of experience in team leadership, service excellence and sales training. Lone has a proven talent for prioritizing opportunities and dealing with unknowns. Since joining Alltru Credit Union in 2016 as the Vice President of Member Experience, Lone has provided leadership for retail and eService, overseeing a wide range of high impact departments, from the frontline retail branches to online banking services, card services and the call center. Lone has led the credit union to unprecedented growth in loans, checking accounts, product per member ratios and is currently aiding in the effort toward a ten-year target for exponential growth. A mother of two beautiful daughters, Lone leads with compassion and a drive for results, a daily advocate for her employees and the success of the credit union.
