American 1 CU Donates over $10,000 to Spring Arbor University
JACKSON, MI – American 1 Credit Union is dedicated to the communities they serve and feel strongly about giving back. American 1 supports a series of events put on by Spring Arbor University, including being the presenting sponsor for Arts at the Arbor and the Women in Leadership Conference, supporting the President’s Leadership Lecture Series by hosing three tables of students, and supporting their Corporate Partners Program.
American 1 Credit Union also allows Spring Arbor University the use of their 30X30 tents, and pays for the labor to put them up.
On Saturday, April 13 Spring Arbor is putting on their 6th Annual Women in Leadership Conference. The keynote speaker is author, Sara Laschever. The conference has three sessions following the keynote address, and the attendees can pick from a list of options on which topics to attend. American 1’s own Janelle Merritt will be speaking on the topic of “Not Selling Yourself Short”.
