AMOCO Federal Credit Union announces selection of new vice president of branch operations

PLANO, TX (March 16, 2018) — Claudia Maldonado has been named as AMOCO Federal Credit Union’s new vice president of branch operations effective Monday, April 16, 2018. The executive search was conducted by Credit Union Resources for the $850 million dollar credit union.

Previously the assistant vice president of operations at United Heritage Credit Union in Austin, Texas, Maldonado was responsible for managing and leading branch managers to successfully achieve set monthly and annual corporate goals. During her leadership at the credit union, she oversaw more than 70 staff members across five branch locations throughout the greater Austin area.

Prior to her tenure as assistant vice president of operations, Maldonado was the custom relationship management and marketing customer information file systems specialist (CRM/MCIF) at United Heritage. She was responsible for managing all aspects of development for the credit union’s CRM and MCIF systems.

With more than 15 years of leadership experience within the credit union industry, Maldonado will help AMOCO continue to provide exceptional service to its members. Maldonado is recognized in the industry for her approach to team building, driving sales goals, and enhancing performance.

Maldonado serves as a volunteer for the United Heritage Charity Foundation, the Comfort Crew for Kids, and the Dell Children’s Medical Center Foundation.
