Arizona-Based Credit Union Selects Call Center Outsourcer
First Credit Union partners with AnyHour Solutions and KIVA Group
ROCKFORD, IL (August 20, 2013) — AnyHour Solutions, a provider of comprehensive call/contact center outsourcing services for credit unions since 1994, announces that First Credit Union of Chandler, AZ ($410M assets, 42,000 members) has recently signed an agreement to use the company’s services.
First Credit Union will be utilizing a full suite of AnyHour 24/7 call center outsourcing services to supplement their existing internal call center with overflow support during the workday and also support after the credit union is closed.
AnyHour Solutions will be providing their AnyHour MSR service – 24/7 comprehensive member service support – via usage of their integrated call center solution provided by KIVA Group, Inc. – a leading multi-channel sales and service CRM software vendor. KIVA’s software solution provides a real-time interface to First CU’s in-house core processing system (Symitar Episys) enabled by the SymConnect data integration API. Additionally, the software solution will also provide the functionality to automate the loan application integration to the Symitar ELA system – to be used by AnyHour agents in providing their 24/7, AnyHour Loan-By-Phone service.
Knowing the decision to select an outsourcing partner is very critical to their staff and members, First CU’s due-diligence selection process included careful consideration of five different vendors. The field was soon narrowed to three, additional steps such as speaking with customer references were completed, and AnyHour Solutions rose to the top of the list.
