Ascend Federal Credit Union opens West Nashville location in Bellevue
Ascend’s 28th branch offers a full suite of services for maximum convenience
TULLAHOMA, TN (August 10, 2020) — Ascend Federal Credit Union, the largest credit union in Middle Tennessee, opened its newest location in Bellevue today. The new branch, located at 7033 Highway 70S, is Ascend’s 28th location.
The Bellevue branch offers a broad range of services, including checking, savings and youth accounts, as well as money market and certificate of deposit accounts. The location also provides auto and recreational loans, credit cards, signature loans, signature line of credit loans and business accounts and loans. Additionally, a mortgage loan originator is on site to assist members with applying for an affordable, low-interest mortgage loan.
Adding to the mix of services, the branch has one exterior interactive teller machine (ITM), where a service representative is available via video to provide a full suite of services from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Saturday. The ITM also acts as an ATM 24/7 for drive-up access to make withdrawals, deposits and balance inquiries.
“We wanted to bring our loyal West Nashville members a convenient, easy-to-find location that would accommodate their busy schedules,” said Ascend President and CEO Caren Gabriel. “Given the uncertainty of the world today, it’s important that they feel their financial institution is accessible, reliable and secure. We’re happy to better serve West Nashville in just that way from this new location.”
The lobby’s hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday. In addition to the exterior ITM, there is an interior ITM available for use during lobby hours. To help protect against COVID-19, Ascend is limiting the number of individuals inside its lobbies to adhere to physical distancing recommendations.
