Austin chapter of credit union’s helps raise money for the Texas Cornerstone Credit Union League Foundation

AUSTIN, TX (October 17, 2013) —  This year the Austin Chapter of Credit Unions held its Annual Bowling Tournament to raise funds for the Texas Cornerstone Credit Union League Foundation.  Through the generous support of the Austin Area Credit Unions, this event raised $1,679 for the Cornerstone Credit Union League.   One hundred percent (100%) of the proceeds from the event goes directly to the Cornerstone Credit Union League.

On Thursday October 25, 2013, 10 teams of bowlers enjoyed an exciting Bowling Tournament at the Main Event in Cedar Park, Texas. This Bowling event included awards for Highest Individual Score, Lowest Individual Score, Highest Team Score, and Most Spirited Team.

The Texas Cornerstone Credit Union League Foundation provides education, training, and advocacy to over 700 credit unions. The Texas Cornerstone Credit Union League Foundation and its staff are committed to providing and investing in essential services that credit union’s needs now and in the future.
