COLORADO SPRINGS, CO (September 16, 2014) -- Aventa Credit Union recently named John Cole as its new Assistant Vice President of Lending. Cole has more than five years of financial institution experience that he brings to Aventa.
As Assistant Vice President of Lending, Cole will manage the daily functions and operations of the Credit Unions lending departments. He will also support the Senior Vice President of Lending in the management of strategic planning, development of the credit union lending policies, procedures and lending goals of the Credit Union.
Prior to coming to Aventa, Cole worked for five years at Pocatello Railroad Federal Credit Union first as their Vice President of Lending followed by the position of Chief Operating Officer. Cole holds a Bachelor of Finance degree from Utah State University and holds a Masters of Business Administration from University of Utah.
