Ben Hawley joins Emergifi team as Lead Cloud Engineer

MUSKEGO, WI (November 12, 2019) — Emergifi is proud to announce and welcome Ben Hawley as Lead Cloud Engineer. Hawley will work together with Emergifi’s credit union clients to design and implement secure cloud-based platforms to help meet their tactical and strategic goals.

Hawley has a diverse background in information technology spanning over 20 years. He leverages his previous experience as a Manager of Information Technology, Network Administrator, and Project Manager in multiple industries – academia, health care, and IT consulting – to identify appropriate and cost-effective solutions to address clients’ needs and advance their cybersecurity, operational, and compliance goals.

“As the financial services industry changes and grows, so does Emergifi,” said Ryan McMillan, Director of Technology Solutions at Emergifi. “We continue our ongoing quest to deliver innovative IT solutions for credit unions, big and small. We cannot accomplish our goals without putting the right team members in place. Ben’s experience and leadership will be instrumental in delivering our current and future solutions to our credit union clients.”

Hawley holds a master’s certificate in IS/IT Project Management from Villanova University in Villanova, PA. He holds certifications in Microsoft MCSE, CompTIA A+, Server+, and Google G Suite; while having an extensive background in VMWare, Citrix, AWS, and Sophos. He also holds a Cisco Networking Certificate from Waukesha County Technical College and has attended the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.
