C.myers corporation, a national leader in credit union strategy and decision information, will present a CUES Elite Access Virtual Classroom course on launching successful process improvement endeavors. Rob Johnson, executive vice president and principal, and Charlene Leland, vice president, will present Effective Process Improvement: Starting Off on the Right Foot, in two sessions on November14 and 28, 2018.
"Institutions that truly embody continuous process improvement have a distinct competitive advantage, and deliver more value to consumers and employees," said Johnson.
Session 1 is titled Process Improvement: Dos and Don’ts of Articulating Objectives.
“Continuous process improvement should not be a buzz phrase. It should be a way of life,” Johnson added. "To make it a habit, everyone involved needs to clearly understand the ultimate objective.”
Session 2 is titled Process Improvement: Effectively Defining and Communicating What’s in Scope and Out of Scope.
“Once the objective statement has been agreed on, stakeholders need to be very deliberate in articulating what is in scope and out of scope, so that the endeavor doesn’t grow unintended tentacles,” said Leland.
