Capital Credit Union promotes Hardy and Nagel
GREEN BAY, WI (February 14, 2018) — Kayla Hardy was recently promoted to senior human resources specialist at Capital Credit Union. In this role, she will act as a lead in administering activities related to all aspects of human resources including recruitment and staffing, benefits administration, employee relations, recordkeeping and regulatory compliance. She’ll also serve as a resource to managers and staff on human resources related topics and as a project lead to other department staff.
Hardy has been with Capital Credit Union since 2007, serving as a help desk representative before being promoted to the Mandan Branch head teller in 2009. Following her graduation from Dickinson State University with degrees in business administration and human resources management, she was promoted to human resources coordinator in 2011, the role she held prior to this recent promotion.
She holds Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society of Human Resources Professionals Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications, and is an active member of the Central Dakota Human Resources Association (CDHRA), Bis-Man Association for Talent Development, and Bismarck-Mandan Young Professionals Network.
She has also served as a co-chair of the Missouri Valley Chapter of Credit Unions since 2011, helping plan and organize socials and legislative events that aim to strengthen local credit union relationships and the industry.
Kelly Nagel was recently promoted to human resources specialist at Capital Credit Union.
Nagel has been with Capital Credit Union since 2008, serving as executive assistant, a role she will continue to fulfill in addition to her new duties.
