Tiffany Lacher was recently promoted to human resources specialist at Capital Credit Union’s Main Office.
In this role, she will administer activities related to all aspects of human resources including recruitment and staffing, benefits administration, employee relations, recordkeeping and ensuring compliance with all federal, state and local laws pertaining to employment.
Lacher graduated from the University of Mary in April 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She has been with Capital Credit Union for four years, most recently as a universal services associate.
