Carpenter named manager of credit union branch

CORVALLIS, OR (February 9, 2022) — Oregon State Credit Union has promoted Jordan Carpenter to lead branch operations in Monmouth. Carpenter was previously the assistant manager of the Monmouth branch. He will oversee the branch’s day-to-day operations.

Carpenter began his career with Oregon State Credit Union in 2014 as a part-time teller at the credit union’s Financial Center in Corvallis. Following several promotions, in 2020, he was named the assistant manager at the Monmouth branch. He resides in Independence, OR.

Director of Regional Branch Services Peggy Mehl said, “Jordan’s professionalism, passion, and commitment to member service has been evident since he first started with us in 2014. We are extremely fortunate to be able to promote him to lead our staff in Monmouth and help provide for the financial needs of our members in Monmouth and Independence.”

“It has been exciting to be a part of this community and to get to know some of the amazing people in it,” Carpenter said. “I look forward to sharing my passion for financial education with our members and continuing to grow our relationship with the Monmouth and Independence communities.”
