Catholic Federal Credit Union celebrates 62nd Annual Meeting & names Ken Groya Volunteer of the Year
SAGINAW, MI (March 7, 2018) — Catholic Federal Credit Union’s 62nd Annual Meeting was held on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at The Doubletree Hotel in Bay City.
Chairman Robert Looby, Vice Chair Jerd Clayton and Secretary C. Patrick Kaltenbach were re-elected to the Board of Directors for three-year terms.
Ken Groya was named Catholic Federal’s 2017 Volunteer of the Year. Mr. Groya has served as a volunteer on the credit union’s Supervisory Committee since 2011.
“As our 2017 Volunteer of the Year, Ken Groya has displayed enthusiasm to further his understanding of the Credit Union industry and the Catholic Federal governance structure,” stated Alan Watson, CFCU President & CEO. “Ken has also generously given of his time to attend meetings as an active participant. He is constantly looking out for the best interests of our members and the credit union overall. Ken has been gracious in dealings with all of our staff and is a delight to work with.”
After the Annual Meeting, a buffet dinner and music was held for 460 members.
