Charles L. Gleason Scholarship Fund

Seaford, DE (March 9, 2015) —  Sussex County Federal Credit Union Foundation is pleased to announce that it will be awarding three $1,500 college scholarships. The scholarship program is a reflection of the Foundation’s commitment to positively influence the opportunities for Sussex County students to excel. Scholarships are funded through Foundation dues along with a generous donation from Charles L. Gleason, a volunteer member of Sussex County Federal Credit Union’s Board of Directors since 1998. Mr. Gleason exemplifies the credit union philosophy of “People Helping People.”

Scholarships are available to high school seniors or college students currently enrolled in a two or four year accredited college who exhibit academic excellence, participate in extracurricular activities, and are active members of Sussex County Federal Credit Union.
