Participants and supporters alike are invited to visit our booth following the race to pick up a complimentary “Race Day Bandana” while supplies last.

Since 1962, May 15 has been recognized as National Peace Officers Memorial Day, and the week during which the date falls as National Police Week, as designated by a proclamation signed by president John F. Kennedy.

According to Chicago Patrolmen’s CEO Scott Arney, who was the Founding Board President of Chicago Police Memorial Foundation in 2004, “The month of May is particularly meaningful to the Law Enforcement community, as it is a time when police officers from around the country unite to honor the fallen.

“As a company, we pride ourselves on going above and beyond the call of duty for our members, as they do for our communities every day. Offering low lending rates, meaningful savings opportunities and flexible office hours to meet demanding schedules are only part of the picture; showing up to support them and letting them know that we ‘see’ and appreciate them is just as important. At Chicago Patrolmen’s, our members know that they are not alone, and no one is ever forgotten.”

Established in 1938, Chicago Patrolmen’s Federal Credit Union is a full-service financial institution serving the needs of law enforcement officers and their families.

The Credit Union offers a full complement of lending and savings products and services, as well as a Financial Planning and Education Center (FPEC), featuring a full-service mortgage department; financial planning and insurance programs led by trusted business partners; and free credit counseling. Throughout the year, FPEC hosts complimentary educational seminars for our members and their guests.
