CHESTERFIELD, MO (July 27, 2018) — NewGround, a St. Louis-based experiential design firm, recently celebrated City & County Credit Union’s ribbon cutting ceremony for their new location in Eagan, Minn. on Wednesday, July 18.
The new one-story, 3,610 square foot building includes a 465 square foot drive-up canopy, and features a four-station retail cash bar, two lane drive-up ATMs, and a walk-up vestibule ATM.
Similar to their Woodbury branch, City & County Credit Union utilizes the universal banker concept and provides hoteling offices for all staff to assist members. The retail branch includes an information kiosk, a hospitality area incorporated into a waiting area, and a high-top collaborative table for informal meetings.
For this project, NewGround services included: site selection, site due diligence for purchase, architectural design, interior design, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, plumbing engineering, furniture procurement, construction management, and on-site project management. Specialized services comprised of data room design and engineering. Contracted services involved survey, civil engineering, and landscape design.
